First of all, this site is free of pop-ups or blind links. You can go through the whole site as a visitor, what you see is what you get! The member's main page (updates) is well organized, each update (series) has it's own magazine cover, which is very nice (and tempting!), and the main page usually shows the current month's updates. The amount of magazine covers featured on this page just makes you want to click-click-click...

All natural perfect babes, most are from eastern Europe (my favorites!). Not anybody can become a "Hegre girl", as Mr. Hegre is very picky! Only the hottest natural babes can make it on the site. I kinda like the early models better, but I guess that's just me, as the site is very successful...just go through the tour, there's a lot of samples and if you like the models featured, you will love the site!

This is an erotic site, so beside a few very intimate shoot (featuring Petter and his wife (or ex-wife)), there's very little or no hardcore on the site. Most photos and videos are about single models posing in classy locations or outdoors. Some of the early shoots are more intimate, "day in the life" kinda shoots, and I wish there was more of these, but it's still very nice.

As with all photography sites, you come to expect very high quality content... and Hegre Archives delivers! The pictures are beautiful, very nice natural settings and locations, gorgeous models... what more can you ask for? Pretty much all the photos on the site are shot by Petter himself, except for a few series (Girl on Girl) shot by his beautiful wife and model, Luba. The images are available in many sizes (600, 1200, 2000 and some recent series at 3000 pixels on the long side) which is great, even for those with small connections. All photosets are available in very convenient zip files (low-res or high-res). As I said before, take a look at the tour for more samples, you will get a very good idea of the quality of photography and models.

Most videos on the site were shot during the photo sessions, so you can watch Petter interact with the models. I really like some of the latest videos, which are not just "photoshoot" videos, they are more conceptual erotic videos and are very beautiful. Most videos have good background music (not too noisy, just fine) and you can also hear the sound in the background which is also great. The overall quality is very good and all videos are available as downloadable WMV and MOV. The latest are also available as DivX. Most videos are from 15-30mb (WMV).

Navigation on the site is pretty easy. There's a main navigation bar at the top which links to each section of the site (updates, films, forum, travel reports...). The main page shows the current month's updates as magazine covers, which is very nice, but you can also choose to view the updates as text links. The menu on the left allows you to select updates by months and years. All the photosets are available in zip files (low-res and high-res) which is a great addition. As I am writing this review, new features are being added to Hegre Archives; a model index, which allows you to select your favorite models and features a short bio of each model, and a search engine that allows you to search by models name, country, pubic hair state, tits size and hair color. These new features are in beta testing as I am writing this, but it looks very promising.

The site is updated daily. A new photoset is added daily and a new video weekly. Each update consists of about 40-80 pictures (daily) and the videos updates (weekly) are usually from 15-30mb in size. The New Nude (Hegre Archives magazine) is updated each month with new articles, model bios and such...

This site has it's own e-zine (The New Nude) updated monthly. It also features a photo forum where you can post your own pics and another forum where you can post request or comments about models... There's a great section called "travel reports" where you can read (and watch) about Petter's trips around the world to find the hottest models. The site now features erotic stories from renowned authors which is a great addition for you readers. The site also features e-cards for most holidays and wallpapers. If you signup for a one year membership, you can claim a free signed Hegre nude print.

Well, what more can I say, this site is great! And with the recently added features (zip files, search engine, model index), it just keeps getting better!
